- Wallpaper: Free shipping Canada-wide on wallpaper orders over $250 CAD before tax. Orders under $250 are charged shipping calculated at checkout.
- Paint: We do not ship paint without speaking with you first. Please call the store at (403) 244-8931 to arrange paint shipping.
- Remote areas may be subject to an additional charge. No international shipping at this time.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.
- Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order ships.
Returns Policy
- Return Window: Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery (30 days from purchase for in-store returns of online orders). Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in selling condition.
- Final Sale Items: All paint is final sale once tinted and cannot be returned or exchanged. Curated Collection merchandise and clearance/sale items are final sale.
- Defects: If there is a manufacturer defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and our team will help resolve it.
